	About Our Company Nicolosi Moving & Storage, Inc. is proud to have been in business in the Tucson area since 1989. Our moving company is smaller than some of Tucson's other movers, but we see that as a benefit. We can offer specialized moving and storage services that national chains and large moving companies cannot. Our customers have direct access to Jack Nicolosi, the owner, which goes a long way to helping ease the stress of moving and feeling confident that your belongings will be properly cared for. When we say that we are a low-cost moving company, we're not talking about cutting corners or service to get you a lower bid. We offer many free services that can really control the cost of moving. We also believe the quality of our personnel is better than many of the larger companies. Our movers are clean-cut, friendly professionals who have been with us a long time. They enjoy their work and are proud to be part of Nicolosi Moving & Storage, Inc. We train our movers ourselves (many are family members) to make sure each is fully competent to do the tasks you need done. 	Credentials & Insurance Business Affiliations Nicolosi Moving & Storage, Inc. is a member of the national American Moving & Storage Association. Bonded Employees All employees of Nicolosi Moving & Storage, Inc. are fully bonded and insured for accident and disability. Licensing Nicolosi Moving & Storage, Inc. is licensed for both intrastate and interstate and moving, and complies with licensing and insurance requirements in all states in which we do business. Our interstate permit number from the Federal Highway Administration is M310976. Our Department of Transportation number is 667348. Company Insurance Coverage Nicolosi Moving & Storage, Inc. carries $50,000 cargo insurance, $2,000,000 general liability, and $10,000 bonding insurance. No Hassle Customer Insurance Plan While every care is taken to protect your possessions from loss or damage, occasionally a customer may need to file an insurance claim. While many large moving companies have complicated insurance policies that require customers to go through several channels to process a claim, we do our best to make the process quick and efficient. With our easy claims processing you deal directly with the Nicolosi family or one of our other trained employees. All claims under $1,000 are quickly settled with Nicolosi Moving & Storage. Larger claims are handled by a major insurance company with the understanding that our customers are to be treated honestly and fairly in settling their claims. With Nicolosi, your property is always insured for up to $50,000. Valuation Insurance Additional insurance is available to completely protect your belongings in case of loss. Valuation insurance allows you to insure your possessions for more than their current "used" value, up to 85% of the original purchase price. The extra cost is based on the total value of our insurance per shipment. The total value charge is $.85 per $100.00 of insurance coverage. For example, if the total actual value of your possessions is $50,000, additional; valuation insurance would be $500 x .85 = $425.00.

	Free Estimates While some moving companies base all estimates on weight, our moving estimates are based on time and labor. The price of local and intrastate moves factors in:
		Loading and unloading time. Miles to and from delivery point. Overnight lodging and meals, if necessary. Fuel and oil. Any separate deliveries other than to the delivery point.
	Interstate estimates are not based on weight. Estimates are offered as binding bids based on:
		Costs, labor and mileage. Loading and unloading times. Driving time to and from delivery point. Mileage Overnight lodging and meals. Nicolosi Moving & Storage's binding bids eliminate unpleasant surprises. The estimated price is the final price!
	When estimating moving costs, we also evaluate factors that take extra time and manpower beyond the normal loading and unloading process.
		Are you completely packed and ready to go, or do you need assistance with certain items? How close can we park the van to your old and new residences? How much disassembly and reassembly work is required (beds, computers, etc.)? Are there any pieces that will require an extra man or extra equipment to move them (e.g. pianos, sofa beds).
